Handicap format? What does this mean?
FUN! It is one big race for everyone.
Each group is given a head start forcing the faster groups that will start
afterwards to chase from the gun. The Cat 1 & 2 riders will be the last
group. The first racer to the finish line--Wins! Everyone can ride and mix
in any group. The handicap times will be designed based on the relative
racing speeds of the groups over the season to give each group a chance to
stay away---or maybe the groups will all finish together. That?s up to the
racers.
Work together in your group, breakaway, go for a big solo move, sneak away
from the lead group before the finish. It?s all good. Most of all?have
fun!
