I accidentally met Detective Jeff Dustin today (under good circumstances, fortunately!). He deals a lot with recoving stolen bikes and prosecuting bike thieves, and we shared a frustration about the poor manner in which many cyclists lock their bikes. Howdy all! I just found this cool site, glad to be involved. I'm on the planning committee for Boise Bike Week 2009, and wanted to mention it. It's May 11-16, 2009. There are some great things planned, including a new and improved Pedal Power Parade on the 16th, which is going to be a true parade, rather than the basic ride it's been in years past.
