started riding about 6years ago.I enjoy road riding mostly for the workout . Been in several years of Mt. bike racing , but getting to old to be crashing all the time. Do a lot of solo riding whenever I have time but enjoy riding with groups on weekends.

How you doing Frank? Your nephew there is a pretty good rider, it would be nice to get him out with us one day. I am not sure yet on the time for the ride on Saturday but I will let you know. I am working on a good group for Sunday too.
